Smallest Regular Performance plan on Hetzner's own Cloud page, checked 2026-10-19 with the page's default country setting ("All others", 0% VAT). €6.49/mo is excl. VAT and includes a primary IPv4. The page loads that price from Hetzner's own price feed, re-read 2026-10-19: CPX02 server €5.99 (product CLOUD_136) plus primary IPv4 €0.50 (product CLOUD_21). It is the EU price (FSN1, NBG1, HEL1); Singapore is higher. Billing is hourly with a monthly cap. There is no intro price or term on the page, so renewal is the same price. The Cost-Optimized CX23 (€5.99/mo excl. VAT, 2 vCPU, 4 GB) is listed as "not available" on the same date, so it is not used here. No official n8n preinstall is listed; you install n8n yourself.
